Malin Office Design & Fit-out

The Client

Due to continued expansion, Malin had decided to vacate their serviced offices in Cambridge and move into their own premises at Bateman House.

The Brief

The client had a good eye for design and wanted to create a beautiful space that was going to be appreciated by staff and clients alike.  It was also important that their brand identity featured throughout the design scheme.

The office area needed to be a functional, clean, executive style space.  Vision through the office was key, with a requirement for varying meeting room sizes and informal meeting spaces suitable for both client and staff meetings.

The Design

The space was designed to provide a consistent and timeless look with flashes of the Malin corporate branding used throughout.

Softer toned colour palettes were used to reflect a more homely feel to the office space, whilst still retaining an executive identity.  Pastel greys tones were used within the finishes specification, combining natural grey oak stained wood effects with oak stained veneer doors and practical white mfc desking and storage.

A combination of height adjustable and fixed desks were introduced throughout, together with imaginative storage solutions.

Soft seating with varied grey toned upholstery introduced subtle flashes of corporate branding.
