Student Breakout Area Fit-out
The COEL Small Works team was called in to strip out three existing offices and convert the space into a student breakout area.
The project involved removing the existing walls and totally refurbishing the existing space.
Working closely with the client’s designer, the COEL team created a bright, welcoming area for students to work, meet-up and enjoy down-time from their studies.
